Heart Healthy Living Exercise Classes

Medical supervision while you exercise in a fun, motivating environment with others who share similar health concerns. The program meets three days each week, which includes exercise, muscle conditioning and education. Each class is supervised by a Cardiac Exercise Specialist. A Cardiac Clinical Nurse Specialist is on site once a week for consultation.

Program Cost (in effect 10/1/07):
Clients and spouses do not need to be a member of the fitness facility to participate
New Clients	$130.00 /mo for the first 6 months
Clients	$105.00 month/monthly $100.00 month/ 6 month contract $ 95.00 month/ 12 month contract (Sabes JCC $105/mo members $120/mo nonmembers)
Spouse/Significant Other	$ 55.00 month/ spouse or significant other (without medical supervision)
Currently, Medicare and most medical insurance providers do not cover the cost of Heart Healthy Living Exercise Classes. Clients are responsible for payment of the program on the first of each calendar month, payable to Heart Healthy Living, P.A. Automatic debit services available.
